Not sure what happened. Called number back, which I don't usually do-but I have lots of hospital appointments to keep track of. A lady answered and it all went a bit down hill. I don't normally call back just 'BLOCK'. That said I could hear a muffled hello when I answered so rang back. The lady in question said she was just trying to call her daughter and I was being aggressive and I had called her. Not true.
