I thought this was a SKY customer services....only to be tricked as they answered as SKY customer services and I needed to return a router...they then asked for my bank details which I declined to do as I stated that they should know this as it is a direct debit......stupidly fell into the trap as they said they need to reimburse money.... I quickly realised and froze the card and contacted the bank who confirmed the scam and there had been numerous transactions of 1pin an hour. Do not use this number it is a scam
